Beta draft. This page describes how Wham works today and will be reviewed before public launch. It isn't legal advice.

Wham keeps what it needs to plan your training and run your account, and nothing else. There are no adverts, no tracking across other apps or websites, and your data is never sold.

What Wham stores

• Your account: how you sign in (Apple, Google or your email address), the email address that sign-in shares, and the public half of any passkey you save.
• Your training: your goal, experience, equipment, programme, sessions, sets, check-ins (such as bodyweight, sleep and readiness) and anything you note about injuries. This lives on your phone.
• Coach conversations: your messages to the coach, its replies and the changes it suggested, kept with your account so the conversation continues.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare runs Wham's servers and sends sign-in emails.
• Anthropic (Claude) writes the coach's replies. When you message the coach, your message and a summary of your training are sent to generate the reply, under Anthropic's commercial API terms.
• Apple and Google handle Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in when you choose them.

Your choices

• Export everything from Settings › Export my data.
• Delete your account from Settings › Delete account. This removes your account, coach conversations and training data from Wham's servers and your phone, and revokes Sign in with Apple.
• Wham is for adults 18 and over.
